Yuval Noah Harari at Unternehmertag – joining us via Video, yet with full intellectual Force

We are truly delighted that one of the most influential thinkers of our time will be part of Unternehmertag 2026: the Israeli historian and bestselling author Yuval Noah Harari.

His books –  “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind”, “Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow”, “21 Lessons for the 21st Century”, the series “Sapiens: A Graphic History and Unstoppable Us”, and “Nexus: A Brief History of Information Networks from the Stone Age to AI” – have sold 50 Million copies in 65 languages. He is considered one of the world’s most influential public intellectuals today.

With his video message “Choices for Humanity in the Age of AI”, he will open our AI panel and set the tone for one of the defining debates of our era: How is artificial intelligence reshaping our society, our decision-making, and our very sense of what it means to be human? And crucially: How should we navigate this technological progress of historic magnitude without losing sight of the values that define us?
