Sabine is COO of the Unternehmertag (Entrepreneur’s Day) at Lake Tegernsee.
Prior to this, she headed the international media conference M100 Sanssouci Colloquium in Potsdam since 2007.
She was managing director of United Europe and head of events at Media Pioneer.
She also worked for many years as a freelance journalist (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Tagesspiegel, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Stern, Die Woche, amongst other), has contributed to several non-fiction books (including ‘Hitler's Interviews’ (2024), “Hannover” (2016) and ‘Nervöse Zone’ (2007) by Lutz Hachmeister, and ‘Ich war Bild (I Was BILD’, 2023) by Kai Diekmann) and managed numerous projects in the cultural sector.
She studied journalism and German studies in Göttingen and Berlin.

Dr. Cornelius (“Conny”) Boersch is an entrepreneur, technology investor, and founder of numerous technology companies. He is the founder of Mountain Partners and initiated the Unternehmertag at Tegernsee in 2007.
Conny founded his first company during his studies, developed it into the smart card broker and RFID-producer ACG AG and successfully floated it on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 1999 at a valuation of more than EUR 1bn. Subsequently, Conny initiated the development of further RFID-based companies, such as Smartrac (IPO’d in 2006), and Identiv (NASDAQ-listed since 2006).
As a business angel, he has invested in more than 400 companies since 1995 and was voted “European Business Angel of the Year” in 2009. He is a European Investment Fund (EIF) - certified super angel, which means that the EIF matches his startup investments 1 to 1. For his activities, he was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2000.
Conny has authored several books on topics ranging from digitalization to happiness and lifelong learning. His latest publication “Missed the future”, which he wrote together with Dr. Thomas Middelhoff, became a bestseller and was translated into 8 languages.
Politically, Conny acted as advisor to Dr. Guido Westerwelle, former president of the German Liberal Party, FDP, Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister of Germany from 2009 to 2012.
He studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Essen with a thesis on venture capital. He later also acted as honorary professor and held lectures at the University of Essen.

Jasmin is Event Director at Unternehmertag AG; having joined the company in 2022.
Previously, she organised and led a diverse portfolio of high-profile conferences, corporate events, specialised professional gatherings and seminars, as well as cultural events, gaining extensive experience in strategic and operational event management, and in designing and delivering exceptional and exclusive attendee experiences.
