Freedom Fighter, First Minister of Education, Pioneer

We’re truly delighted to welcome an extraordinary leader to the next Unternehmertag: H.E. Graça Machel, DBE — a woman whose life and work have shaped history.
A former freedom fighter in Mozambique, the country’s first Minister of Education, and one of the world’s most influential advocates for women’s and children’s rights, Graça Machel brings a depth of expertise and moral authority few can match. She is the founder of The Graça Machel Trust and of The Foundation for Community Development in Mozambique.
She is also the widow of Nelson Mandela and Samora Machel — two defining figures of African independence and global justice.
Her groundbreaking work, including the landmark UNICEF report on the impact of armed conflict on children, and her role in founding major international initiatives, continues to set the standard for global leadership.
Please find more about her here.
We can’t wait to hear her insights, stories and vision at Unternehmertag. Join us for an unforgettable moment of inspiration!
