Dr Michael Schwer attends the Unternehmertag

We’re delighted to welcome Dr Andreas Schwer as a speaker at Unternehmertag 2026.

As CEO of Electro Optic Systems, Dr Schwer brings decades of international leadership across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. His career spans senior roles in the global defence and space sectors, including positions at Airbus and Rheinmetall.

Before taking up his current post, he served as President of EOS EMEA, where he oversaw the company’s expansion in NATO and Middle Eastern markets. With a PhD in system modelling and numerical optimisation, he combines strategic insight with deep technical expertise.
