Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein

Executive Coach and Full Professor of Business Administration, University of St.Gallen

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein is a full professor of business administration and Director of the Institute for Mobility (IMO-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen. Previously, he was professor for leadership and executive education at the RWTH Aachen University.

Wolfgang Jenewein conducts research and teaches primarily in the fields of positive leadership, the cultural transformation of organizations and leadership in high performance teams in both business and sports.

He holds lectures at the University of St. Gallen, the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) and the RWTH Aachen University and was awarded several times – most recently in May 2016 with the “Credit Suisse Best Teaching Award” at the University of St. Gallen and in October 2018 with the „Best Teacher Worldwide of the Academic Year 2018 Award“ of the highprofile international CEMS program. He has published numerous books and scientific articles in leading newspapers and magazines.

Wolfgang Jenewein advises and coaches multinational corporations at the board level and has worked with several professional sports teams, as for example the German national football team, the Alinghi sailing team and several football teams of the German Bundesliga. In spring 2016 the German news magazine “Focus” appointed him as one of the five most influential leadership coaches in Germany.
