Marvel Fusion is developing innovative laser-based fusion technology, which aims to become a safe, clean, and reliable energy source in the future. The company leverages recent advances in laser and nanotechnology.
Before joining Marvel Fusion, Heike was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a core member of McKinsey’s Operations Leadership team, specializing in the automotive, machinery, and high-tech sectors. With over 15 years of experience, she has led numerous global industrialization projects.
Heike holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT).
