CIO, Schaeffler Gruppe
Marc Votteler, Senior Vice President Group IT (CIO), is responsible for the IT of Schaeffler Group, which comprises more than 250 locations in 55 countries. Until October 2021, he headed the IT Infrastructure and Workplace divisions at Schaeffler.
Before joining Schaeffler in February 2015, he worked as a Senior Manager at Atos in Germany. Following the merger with Siemens IT Solutions and Services in 2011, he played a key role in helping Atos achieve its quality and cost targets by leveraging the capabilities of his international on , near , and offshore teams. Prior to this merger, Marc spent around 20 years at Siemens, gaining experience in leadership, product management, and as a technical expert in various technology driven organizations, including manufacturing related technologies (OT).
