Head of DACH and Central & Eastern Europe, Anthropic
Roman Howe serves as Head of DACH and Central & Eastern Europe at Anthropic, an AI safety lab. Based in Munich, he leads Anthropic’s go-to-market and commercial operations across the German-speaking markets and the broader CEE region.
Before joining Anthropic, Roman was Chief Revenue Officer at FactFinder, where he oversaw global revenue strategy and customer success, and prior to that held senior leadership positions at Icertis, including Corporate Vice President for EMEA and Vice President of Customer Advocacy in Europe.
His earlier career included leadership roles at Salesforce and at IBM Deutschland.
