A vocal proponent of global mobility, she partnered with the Estonian government to pioneer the world’s first Digital Nomad Visa – a model now adopted by over 50 countries.
Named one of the 8 most inspiring women in Europe by the EU Council and a main-stage TED speaker ("Why the passport needs an upgrade"), Karoli founded her first company at 16, officially becoming Estonia’s youngest inventor.
