His path from secondary school student to managing director shapes his leadership style: performance-oriented, direct, and highly execution-focused. As a youth player at SC Freiburg, he learned early on how to prove himself under competition and pressure. Today, he applies that same mindset to entrepreneurial growth.

Since 2014, he has been part of SECANDA Systems AG. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Multicard and supported its successful sale to SECANDA. Today, he serves as an authorized signatory responsible for Sales and Business Development — and still leads from the front in the first pitch.
