Dr Florence Gaub speaks at Unternehmertag

Five months to go – and we are thrilled to announce Dr Florence Gaub as one of our high-level speakers.

Dr Florence Gaub is Military Strategist and Futurologist and one of Europe’s foremost thinkers on future conflict, global security, and geopolitical transformation.
She brings sharp, scenario-based insights on future conflict and global security. Her mission: to make tomorrow’s threats visible today.

As Director of Research at the NATO Defence College in Rome, she helps shape strategic foresight at the highest levels—advising governments and international bodies with scenario-based insights. A political scientist by training and former Deputy Director of the EU Institute for Security Studies, Gaub has served as a reserve officer in the French Army, analyzed post-war Middle East dynamics, and led the World Economic Forum’s Future Council on Frontier Risks.

The next Unternehmertag takes place from 18 – 20 March 2026 under the topic ‘The Great Re-Shuffle. Who Holds the Cards in Tomorrow's World?’.
In several panels and keynotes, we will address the tectonic shifts in politics, technology and economics – and the question of who will determine the rules of the game in the future. How are the global axes of power shifting? What role do capital markets play in a world of increasing fragmentation?
