Lawrence Leuschner is a German serial entrepreneur, environmentalist, and philanthropist who builds companies that prioritize sustainability. He is currently the CEO and co-Founder of one of Europe's shared micromobility providers, TIER Mobility AG. From 2004 to 2017, Leuschner was the CEO of ReBuy GmbH (formerly, Trade-a-game GmbH), an online marketplace for re-purposing used electronics. In 2020, he founded Blue/Impact, a venture capital fund that invests in emerging impact businesses that focus on climate change, public health, democracy-building, nutrition, and sustainable transport.
