Endgame – the new dimension of the crisis

Prof. Dr. Max Otte teaches as University Professor for Quantitative and Qualitative Business Management at the 'Institut für Unternehmensführung und Entrepreneurship' at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz. As a leading economics and financial expert, he has published more than a dozen books and numerous articles on economic and financial subjects in newspapers and specialty magazines. In his book “Der Crash kommt” ("The Crash is Coming") he predicted the international financial crisis and its effects as early as summer 2006. The book remained high on bestseller lists for more than two years. Prof. Dr. Max Otte founded IFVE - Institut für Vermögensentwicklung GmbH, which publishes weekly information and proprietary analyses on quality investments using his in-house analysis methods and investment strategy with the market information service DER PRIVATINVESTOR. Furthermore he is director of the Zentrum für Value Investing e.V.. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 the readers of the trade journal Börse Online named Prof. Dr. Max Otte as Market Speculator of the Year for his strategy.  He studied economics and political science at the University of Cologne, receiving a degree economics, and also received a doctorate from Princeton University.
