Nicolas Gabrysch is a Partner and Head of Venture Capital / M&A at Osborne Clarke, Germany. He advises venture capital funds as well as digital media and software companies in Europe and the US on all financing and M&A activities. Nicolas focusses on cross boarder growth capital funding especially coming from the US. He recently advised Tenaya Capital and Gates Ventures on the Research Gate funding and NumberFour AG on its two digit million Euro Series A funding. Nicolas also advised on various digital business M&A transactions such as DailyDeal, casacanda, massivkonzept and Finocom. Nicolas heads the German activities of Osborne Clarke in Osborne Clarke’s New York office and is a member of the “Beirat Junge Digitale Wirtschaft”.
