Mr. Lund calls himself an Archangel Investor, a start up ideologist visionary. He is a Danish serial entrepreneur and has founded or co-invested in more than 40 high-tech startups.
Mr. Lund is one of the most active seed investors in Europe, with an eye for turning existing business models and distribution methods on their head. His portfolio features over 80 companies spanning internet, telecommunication, health and alternative energy. Furthermore, Mr. Lund has been socially responsible in his so called WILD investments (Worldwide Investments and Involvement in Life Development), through which he is investing, among other things, in water purification and landmine detection. Additionally, he is professor at Reykjavik University and frequent speaker at international conferences. His recent exits are Skype, Bullguard, Maxthon, Orolix, Zecco.com and PokerOffice.
